We currently ship to all locations within Australia.
PROCESSING TIME
Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays
Order Confirmation:
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has shipped, you’ll receive another email with tracking information
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays
Standard Shipping:
Free for orders $200 and over
Flat rate of $15 for orders under $
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery method and order total
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website
SHIPPING ISSUES
Missing Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes
